Get a chance to win your holiday again in 2024 by entering our photo competition this summer.
We are inviting all of our guests to submit one or more photos in to our competition. The winning photographer will receive their holiday again in 2024 with a photo shoot courtesy of Kelly Trivedi photography (terms and conditions apply – see below). Second prize is 50% off any holiday in 2024 and every entry will receive a code for 10% off 2024 stays.
To submit photos please use one of the following methods:
- Email – photos can be emailed to enquiries@roundwooddell.co.uk they should be high quality .jpg images but no larger than 2MB in size
- What’s App – photos can be submitted via What’s App to 07379 111201
- Instagram/Facebook – tag us in your photos on social media @roundwooddell. Use the hashtag #roundwooddellphoto
Terms and Conditions
- Photos should be taken at Roundwood Dell Campsite.
- Photos should show at least one person and an aspect of the campsite that is recognisable to the judges. By submitting the photo, the entrant confirms that they have permission to share the photo by the original photographer (if not the same person) and any occupants in the photograph.
- Once submitted, Roundwood Dell Campsite have the permission to use the photo for promotional purposes including digital and printed material for an unlimited period.
- Guests can submit multiple entries for judging.
- All entries should be submitted by Saturday 30 September.
- Photos will be judged by the management of Roundwood Dell Campsite and Kelly Trivedi photography. The decision of the judges is final.
- The winning entry will be notified by the method of submission by Tuesday 31 October.
- First prize – a chance to win your holiday again in 2024 with a free photo shoot from Kelly Trivedi photography. The equivalent holiday will be offered although dates can be changed within seasons or exchanged for a lower season. E.g. a 2 night weekend stay during low season in 2023 can be taken on any 2 nights during the low season in 2024; a 7-night stay during the peak season in 2023 can be taken at any time during 2024. If multiple pitches originally formed part of the booking then only one pitch will be offered as part of the prize to the winning photographer. All dates are subject to availability at the time of requesting the booking. The winner will be put in contact with Kelly Trivedi photography. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange the photo shoot to coincide with the booking and if no suitable date can be found, no monetary compensation will be provided.
- Second prize – a code to receive 50% off the total cost of any booking in 2024. No monetary alternative will be offered.
