When trying to come up with words to describe our vision – exclusive, unique, intimate and bespoke were all words that came to mind.

Ideal Location
We wanted to create a small site with big ideas to appeal to families and groups looking for an ideal location to get together and enjoy shared experiences.
Whether you choose to book the whole site as a single group or visit us as an individual family or with a small group of friends, Roundwood and the surrounding area has something for everyone. Our pitches are all equipped with water and electrical hook ups and boast great views across woodland and the Wensum Valley.
Car Free
Our lower ‘Dell’ camping area is car-free but don’t worry – our team of friendly staff will be on hand to help you take your tents and equipment down to the site. Please be aware though, there are steps up to the showers/bar and restaurant area and car park so this area is not suitable for everyone.
Our upper ‘Glade’ camping area has just 7 pitches and can accommodate small campervans and/or tents. However, we do not currently have any facilities to dispose of chemical toilets. There is a short walk to the showers but there are no steps involved. The car park is just next door to this area.
Fire Up The BBQ!
We have a communal BBQ area for guests to use and we sell coals and other essential BBQ items in our small shop on site.
Amazing Wildlife
Roundwood is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna including badgers, foxes, muntjac deer as well as rabbits, a variety of birds and bats. There is also a private dwelling in the grounds. For these reasons we ask that dogs are kept on leads at all times.
Recycling
We have facilities for disposing of rubbish and recycling separately and ask that campers separate their rubbish into the correct bins. We respectfully ask that you take home any broken camping equipment with you at the end of your stay.
